Stallholder Applications
WOMADelaide provides festivalgoers with a vibrant melting pot of different cultures, cuisines, creations and conversations from around the world to enrich their festival experience. We take great pride in presenting the very best in local, interstate and international vendors across four general stall categories: Food, Retail, Pop-up Retail and Not-For-Profit Display. If you would like to apply to be a part of WOMADelaide, please use the links below to read the Terms and Conditions relating to each of these stall types, and then access the online application forms.
In 2024, WOMADelaide introduced the WoMarkets, a precinct where patrons can explore and immerse themselves in the experience of cultures coming together to share their wares, as part of our significant redesign of key features and pathways of the festival. The WoMarkets features over 40 retail, pop-up retail and display stalls and stretches over some 160 metres along Plane Tree Drive and is a key artery guiding festivalgoers through the many experiences which await discovery at the heart of the festival. All retail, pop-up and display stalls will be located within the WoMarkets.
Important information for all applicants:
- A $50 application fee is required for all applications.
- We have updated the fee structure for retail and catering stalls. Successful stalls will be invoiced for the non-refundable site fees as outlined below. The balance of your fee will be based on a percentage of your turnover (15% for catering & 12.5% for retail). Display stalls remains a flat fee to be paid upfront.
- WOMADelaide 2025 will be an entirely cashless event. All stallholders will be required to use the POS system provided to them by WOMADelaide as part of their site allocation.
- All stallholders must abide by the Terms of Use of Botanic Park. Fines will be issued by the Botanic Gardens for repeated breaches of these terms.
- WOMADelaide will be held in accordance with any SA Government Public Health Orders and/or COVID-19 restrictions in place at the time of the event. Current SA Health guidelines provide no requirement for an event COVID Management Plan and we don't anticipate any vaccination, testing, or mask requirements needed to attend WOMADelaide 2025.
If you have any questions prior to submitting an application or require any assistance, please don't hesitate to contact the Stalls Coordinators on stalls@womadelaide.com.au.
