WOMADelaide 2025 - Thank you!

We close WOMADelaide 2025 – having welcomed the world to Adelaide’s beautiful Botanic Park/Tainmuntilla – with a fond farewell to the 700 artists from 35 countries, who performed over four days and four nights, in one massive celebration of music, arts and dance. 

To everyone who bought a ticket, our crew, volunteers and artists - whether it's your first WOMADelaide or you've been with us since 1992 - thank you for your support.

‘Celebrating the splendor of arts and artists from around the world, the 2025 program – a wondrous experience, that brought together extraordinary artists with performances and dazzling production standards that set benchmarks which will live in the memories of WOMADelaide goers for years to come.

‘From the formidable PJ Harvey, Bangarra Dance Theatre’s mesmerizing production of The Light Inside, the captivating Nils Frahm, Khruangbin’s striking staging and breathtaking physical artistry of Yoann Bourgeois Art Company – the program – with the generosity of artists, crew, and our devoted audience, a celebration of what unites us. A festival to imagine and experience the world as we all wish it to be.’
