In 2023, the festival sold multiple ticket types, attracted attendances of 110,000 people, brought over 25,000 visitors to the state, generated gross expenditure of $35.1 million within South Australia and produced a cumulative potential media reach of 35 million.
Importantly, customer survey data revealed that 64% of South Australians "agree" or "strongly agree" that they feel more positively about brands that sponsor WOMADelaide compared to other equivalent brands.
